This kind of discrimination has no place in Arkansas – especially not when it would hurt vulnerable kids and prevent them from being placed in forever, loving homes.
On February 21st, 1969 two civil rights activists, Joe and Barbara Neal, were arrested for distributing information to students at Henderson State University. It became the ACLU of Arkansas’ very first case.
