ACLU Nationwide's new report on Catholic hospitals includes a story about Arkansas resident Jennafer Norris, who lives in Rogers:
Yesterday, in our case for Planned Parenthood, the 8th Circuit declined the state’s extraordinary request to prevent a class of women from receiving Medicaid services at Planned Parenthood. This is a small victory in the larger fight to ensure low income patients continue to receive medical care, including cancer screening, birth control, and other services Planned Parenthood provides. Contrary to the Governors' misleading statements, Medicaid funding may not be used to provide abortions.
